Red and pink

Can you believe it, a whole month has gone past and it was time again for Robyn to go and have her braces adjusted. The dr tightened the bottom braces again and she chose red and pink elastics. She also told me that she now has 19 months to go - quite a long time me thinks!

I spent my morning pottering around the kitchen and rather enjoyed myself. Now I have to go and do some scrapping - fun!

Pink and green

Robyn went back to the Orthodontist on Wednesday and had her bottom braces fitted. She then chose pink and green elastics for the month of September. I think she looks very cute! Her mouth was sore for the first 24 hours, but now she seems fine again. I am amazed at how "painless" the whole process has been for her - I really expected it to be so much worse!

I went scrapbooking this morning and it was really nice. If I get a chance I will post my layouts tomorrow.

Of to a party .........

Blue, and oh yes, blue

Robyn went and had new elastics on her braces today and she chose blue. I am quite surprised as I thought she would actually add another colour to it, but anyway. She will be getting the braces put on her bottom teeth next time she goes. It is amazing how quickly teeth move, the change is already noticable!
I bought Robyn these cute slippers last week. I actually think they are adorable and wouldn't mind a pair like that for myself! She is very much into eyeore at the moment! I always thought that Robyn and I are not at the point where I can't buy her any clothing anymore, but it seems as if my taste in pajamas and slippers are still good enough for her!

Pink and orange

Robyn got braces today. She had the elastics in for a week and today was the big day. It actually went a lot smoother than I thought it would and was done in no time. Only her top teeth were done today as they have to move or be pulled in or something before the bottom teeth join the top teeth. I watched the whole exercise and it was very interesting. Robyn was surprised that it went so well as she expected it to be a lot more painfull. (Will see how she feels tomorrow!)

After! She chose pink and orange elastics! Will keep you up to date!

Colin and I went to Stodels on Sunday so that I could take some photos for a winter layout. It was supposed to be an Autumn layout, but I didn't get to taking the photos!

Jamie having a "sip" of Colin's tea. She really is quite a character!
I am absolutely exhausted tonight as it was a very busy day, but at least I feel as if I achieved a lot. Even though it was only washing, tidying up, etc .... Just kidding, I also had to prepare for my classes this week and also had to finish making samples for workshops.
Going scrapping tomorrow ..... can't wait!
